Medexter Healthcare announces the completion of its Arden-Syntax-based clinical decision support software with SOA. In its core, it contains an Arden Syntax compiler and an Arden Syntax engine. In order to communicate with host medical information systems (in the broadest sense), an Arden Syntax server programmed in Java encapsulates the engine and provides interfaces for a well-defined communication (e.g., SOAP, REST, XML, or HL7) to the outside, which includes incoming and outgoing requests.
